We do not currently operate a retail premises. We run the business from our warehouse and operate online. |

Product availability is taken directly from the product database but if any part of your order is not immediately available those items will be placed on back order and shipped at no extra charge when available. Alternatively, a refund may be issued on products that may not be available for some time or when products have been discontinued. |

Orders usually take 7-10 business days to arrive. Sometimes delivery is a little faster, sometimes a little slower - as a general rule, please allow up to 15 business days for delivery. |

If you find that your package hasn't arrived within the 15 business days mentioned above, please email us with your order #, your name and your shipping address. Please do not panic, please be patient and allow us 1 to 2 business days to look into it for you. We can't be responsible for the errors or delays of others in delivering your package but we will do what we can to locate the package for you. |

Please be careful when entering your shipping address. Please double check that shipping address before you confirm your order. Any items returned to us or lost due to entering an incorrect address will incur additional shipping costs when re-shipped to your correct address. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. |

Medium or large sized packages will be forwarded to your local post office for collection if they are unable to fit into your mail box. |

If no-one is home at the time of delivery, packages will either be left at your front door or forwarded to your local post office. |

Medium and large packages may attract Customs fees. Please ask your local Customs authority about any applicable fees. |

All products have clear descriptions. We want you to be happy with your order so before you place your order, please ensure that you have ordered the correct products and that the products are the right size, shape and color for your project. |

If you find that your package contains incorrect items or items have been omitted from your package please email us within 5 business days of receipt of your package and we will happily send you the correct items. |

If you find that your package contains damaged items please email us photos of the damaged items AND the packaging within 5 business days of receipt of your package. We make sure that each order is packaged in the appropriate mailer or box with adequate protection. We cannot be held responsible for mishandling of the package once it leaves our possession. If the damage is as a result of mishandling please seek compensation from your post office. If the damage has been caused by our insufficient packaging we will happily issue a refund or send a replacement. |

If you do not want your products any more or you have ordered the incorrect products, please email us within 5 business days of receipt of your package and we will provide a return authorization number for an exchange or a refund. The refund issued will not include shipping. A re-stocking fee of 15% of the value of the returned goods will be charged for products that are no longer wanted or incorrect products. Items must be returned to our head office at your own expense, in appropriate packaging, in original condition within 15 business days of our emailing your return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted on:
>> items which do not have a return authorization number
>> items that have been used
>> items which arrive after 15 business days
>> items which have arrived back to us broken*
>> items which become lost in transit*
* Please take out insurance on your returned items if you want to protect against damage or loss in transit.
Any customs fees incurred by Tall Poppy Craft Products P/L will be invoiced to the returner. |

We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable, incorrect address, address uknown, unclaimed or refused. Orders that are returned to us will be refunded for the cost of goods only. Shipping will not be refunded. If you still wish to purchase the order that was returned, a new/separate order will need to be placed. |
