I purchased some bamboo bag handles and within two days I had them in my post box! I am extremely pleased with the speed and efficiancy of your customer service and will definately be buying from you again in the future. I have bought some of these bag handles from other places and the quality has not been all there - the rod between the ends is far too long and pokes out past the handle making it look unfinished and unprofessional. I found yours to be a very high quality and the length of the metal rod - with the funky bolt on the end - to be perfect.
