Pricing on this website is avialable in all major currencies including US Dollars, Australian Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euros, GB Pounds, and New Zealand Dollars. You can view pricing in your chosen currency by selecting it from the drop down list in the top right hand corner of our website. There may be some fluctuation in the pricing displayed on our website as our system automatically adjusts these major currencies against the US Dollar every morning. This ensures you receiving the best pricing.

Product availability is retrieved directly from our database. If any part of your order is not immediately available those items will be placed on back order and shipped at no extra charge when available. Alternatively, a refund may be issued on products that may not be available for some time.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal payments in US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars, GB Pounds, Euros and New Zealand Dollars. We also accept direct deposit for Australian customers.
If you do not have a PayPal account and you wish to pay via Visa or Mastercard, at the payment screen please click the link that says "Don't have a PayPal account? Pay with credit card" and you will then be able to enter your credit card details.
All products have clear descriptions and photographs. We want you to be happy with your order so before you place your order, please ensure that you have ordered the correct products for your project and that the products are the correct size, shape and color for your project.
If you find that your package contains incorrect items, faulty items or omitted items please email us within 5 business days of receipt of your package and we will happily send you the correct items. Claims will not be recognized after 5 business days.
If you find that your package contains damaged items please email us photos of the damaged items AND the packaging within 5 business days of receipt of your package. We make sure that each order is packaged in the appropriate mailer or box with adequate protection. We are not responsible for mishandling of the package once it leaves our possession. If the damage is as a result of mishandling please seek compensation from your country's postal service. If the damage has been caused by our insufficient packaging we will happily issue a refund or send a replacement.
If you do not want your products anymore or you have ordered the incorrect products, please email us within 5 business days of receipt of your package and we will provide a return authorization number for an exchange or a refund. The refund issued will not include shipping. A re-stocking fee of 15% of the value of the returned goods will be charged for products that you no longer want or that you have incorrectly ordered. Items must be returned to our head office at your own expense, in appropriate packaging, in original condition within 15 business days of our emailing your return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted on:
>> items which do not have a return authorization number
>> items that have been used
>> items which arrive after 15 business days
>> items which have arrived back to us broken*
>> items which become lost in transit*
* Please take out insurance on your returned items if you want to protect against damage or loss in transit.
Any customs fees incurred by Tall Poppy Craft Products will be invoiced to the returner.
We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable, incorrect address, address unknown, unclaimed or refused. Orders that are returned to us will be refunded for the cost of goods only. Shipping will not be refunded. If you still wish to purchase the order that was returned, a new/separate order will need to be placed
